1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Viewr.me ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are creators, buyers, browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

Viewr.me is a platform that enables content creators to sell pay-per-view (PPV) content to their fans. The Platform facilitates:

• Content creators uploading and managing their media content
• Creation of secure payment links for PPV content
• Payment processing through third-party payment processors
• Communication between creators and fans via WhatsApp integration
• Content delivery to paying customers

3. User Eligibility

By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

4. Account Registration

For Creators:

• You must create an account to use creator features
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

For Buyers:

• No account required for purchasing content
• Phone number required for WhatsApp communication
• Payment information handled by third-party payment processor

5. Content Guidelines

Prohibited Content: Creators may not upload content that:

• Depicts illegal activities or promotes illegal conduct
• Infringes upon intellectual property rights of others
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Depicts minors in any sexual or suggestive context (strictly prohibited)
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains non-consensual content or revenge porn
• Promotes violence, harassment, or hate speech

Content Ownership: Creators represent and warrant that they own or have necessary rights to all content they upload.

6. Payment Terms

For Buyers:

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment processing is handled by Fanbasis or other third-party processors
• Payment methods include credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App
• Saved payment methods may be used for future purchases
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy

For Creators:

• Platform charges a service fee on all transactions
• Creators receive their share after platform fees are deducted
• Payouts processed according to payout schedule
• Creators must provide accurate banking information for payouts
• Taxes are the responsibility of the creator

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Rights: The Platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Viewr.me and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content: Creators retain ownership of content they upload. By uploading content, creators grant Viewr.me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store, display, and deliver content to purchasers
• Create preview images and thumbnails
• Use content for platform operations and improvements

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to circumvent payment systems or access paid content without paying
• Share purchased content with non-purchasers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Upload of prohibited content
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• At our sole discretion

11. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The quality, accuracy, or reliability of content
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Platform is free of viruses or harmful components

We are not responsible for content uploaded by creators. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content or communications posted via the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIEWR.ME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Viewr.me and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you upload or share

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: If you have any dispute with us, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in [Your Jurisdiction], and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Changes to Terms
