Refund Policy

1. General Policy

NO REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of digital content, we do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been made. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

When you purchase digital content on Viewr.me, you are paying for immediate access to that content. Once the payment is processed and the content is made available to you, the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed.

Important: Please review content previews carefully before purchasing. All content is sold "as is" with no option for refund after purchase.

2. Extremely Limited Exceptions

While our general policy is NO REFUNDS, we may consider exceptions ONLY in the following rare circumstances, at our sole discretion:

2.1 Technical Failure (Our Fault Only)

  • You were charged but did NOT receive access to the content due to our system error
  • The content is completely corrupted and unviewable due to our technical issues
  • Our platform malfunction prevented content delivery

Note: Issues with your device, internet connection, or browser are NOT eligible for refunds.

2.2 Fraudulent or Unauthorized Charges

  • Documented fraudulent charges (requires police report)
  • Duplicate charges for the exact same purchase

Note: Sharing your payment link with others and then claiming unauthorized use is NOT eligible.

2.3 Platform Processing Error

  • System charged the wrong amount due to our error
  • Our billing system malfunction caused incorrect charges

These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require substantial proof. Approval is at our complete discretion and is NOT guaranteed.

3. Situations Where Refunds Are NEVER Given

Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued for:

  • Change of mind - All sales are final once payment is made
  • Content already viewed - You cannot "return" digital content after viewing
  • Dissatisfaction with content - Subjective opinions about quality are not refundable
  • Buyer's remorse - Regretting a purchase is not grounds for refund
  • "Not what I expected" - Preview images are provided before purchase
  • Content downloaded or saved - Once saved to your device, no refund is possible
  • Shared payment links - You are responsible for keeping your links private
  • Accidental clicks - You must confirm payment before charges are made
  • Can't afford it anymore - Financial circumstances are not our responsibility
  • Found content elsewhere - Purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Device or internet issues - Technical problems on your end are not refundable
  • Changed your mind about the creator - Personal feelings don't warrant refunds
  • After 24 hours from purchase - Any exception request must be within 24 hours

⚠️ BEFORE YOU BUY:

Review content previews carefully. Check the price. Make sure you want to purchase. Once you click "Buy Now" or "Unlock Content" and payment is processed, there is NO going back.

4. Exception Request Process (If Applicable)

If you believe you qualify for one of the extremely limited exceptions listed in Section 2, you may submit a request for review. However, approval is NOT guaranteed and refunds are granted at our sole discretion.

4.1 Time Limit

Exception requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will be automatically denied.

4.2 Required Information

Your request must include:

  • Transaction ID from your receipt
  • Your phone number associated with the purchase
  • Date and time of purchase
  • Detailed explanation of why you qualify for an exception
  • Substantial proof: Screenshots of errors, error codes, police reports for fraud, etc.

Requests without proper documentation will be automatically denied.

4.3 Review Process

We will review your request within 5-7 business days. Most requests are denied. We reserve the right to deny any request for any reason.

4.4 If Approved (Rare)

In the unlikely event your exception is approved:

  • Refund processed to original payment method
  • Processing time: 7-14 business days
  • Content access permanently revoked
  • Account may be flagged for monitoring

⚠️ Warning: Submitting false claims or fraudulent refund requests will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.

5. Automatic Charges and Saved Payment Methods

5.1 One-Click Payments - NO REFUNDS

If you have saved payment methods enabled and use the one-click "Buy Now" feature, the charge is IMMEDIATE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Do not click "Buy Now" unless you are 100% certain you want to purchase.

⚠️ One-click payments are processed instantly. There is NO confirmation screen. Clicking "Buy Now" completes the purchase immediately with NO option for refund.

5.2 Payment Link Security - Your Responsibility

Payment links sent to you are personal and should NEVER be shared. If someone else uses your link to make a purchase:

  • You are fully responsible for keeping your payment links private
  • NO REFUNDS will be given for shared links
  • Your saved payment method will be charged
  • This is considered your responsibility, not fraud

5.3 Failed Automatic Charges

If an automatic charge fails, you will be prompted to complete payment manually. Failed charges are NOT processed and will NOT appear on your statement.

6. Chargebacks - STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Filing a chargeback after receiving digital content is considered FRAUD and THEFT OF SERVICE.

6.1 Chargeback Consequences

If you file a chargeback, we will:

  • Immediately terminate your account - No warnings
  • Ban you permanently from the platform - No appeals
  • Contest the chargeback with your bank with full documentation
  • Pursue legal action for fraud and theft of service
  • Report you to credit bureaus and fraud prevention databases
  • Seek damages including attorney fees and chargeback costs
  • Blacklist your phone number and email from future use

6.2 Fraudulent Chargebacks = Theft

If you received the content and then file a chargeback claiming you didn't receive it, you are committing fraud. We maintain detailed logs of:

  • When you accessed the content
  • What you viewed or downloaded
  • Your IP address and device information
  • All activity on your account

This evidence will be provided to your bank and, if necessary, to law enforcement.

6.3 Payment Disputes

If you have a legitimate issue (not just buyer's remorse), contact us FIRST at refunds@viewr.me. Do NOT file a chargeback. We will review your case, but remember:our default policy is NO REFUNDS.

7. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are expected to:

  • Accurately describe their content
  • Ensure content is viewable and not corrupted
  • Respond to buyer complaints promptly
  • Not engage in deceptive practices

Creators with excessive refund requests may face account review, suspension, or termination.

8. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer a partial refund:

  • Some content in a bundle was accessible, but not all
  • Quality issues with portion of content
  • At our discretion as goodwill gesture

9. Platform Fees

When a refund is issued, the full purchase amount is refunded to the buyer. Platform fees and payment processing fees are not recoverable and may be deducted from creator earnings for approved refunds.

10. Subscription Services

If we introduce subscription services in the future:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Access continues until subscription expires

11. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
